These are a collection of poems I wrote from 2013-2024. They capture my journey of awakening and the essence of being a spiritual being having a human experience - the rollercoaster that is life and the deep transformation that occurs when the soul becomes the captain of the ship.

They poured through me completely formed and even though they all came through at different times over many years, as I started to put the book together I realised there was a pattern and a lot of them lead onto the next as if guided by some higher intelligence.
