I'm Mayla
A naturopathic nutritionist, PDNN, who is passionate about working with women and teaching them how to come into harmony on all levels and understand how to support their body and hormones through diet, naturopathic techniques, menstrual cycle awareness, circadian rhythm, lifestyle, mental/emotional awareness and environment.

There is so much conflicting information out there in the health and wellness space and it can be overwhelming. My intention is to make naturopathy simple, effective and practical so that you can feel empowered and understand what your body is trying to communicate with you.

The main focus of my work is helping you trust and build a loving relationship with your body. We send it safety signals so that it can open, cleanse, heal and rebuild as it is a self healing mechanism when given the right signals.

I am here to support you on your journey and to hold a space where you can truly listen to YOUR body as it never knows how to work against you.
