We build on the foundational HTMA insights - your metabolic rate, mineral patterns, heavy metals, adrenal and thyroid function, organ stress, blood sugar, nervous system regulation, and hormonal balance - and take them deeper.

We begin with a 90-minute foundational session to review your HTMA and case history, then meet for two 60-minute follow-ups to track, refine, and deepen. These include recommendations for customised supplement formulations based on your HTMA results tailored precisely to your unique biology. We also weave in naturopathic techniques, menstrual cycle awareness, and nervous system and emotional regulation guided by the elements in your astrological chart.

After the sessions you will receive:

+ Your HTMA results with a full interpretation report

+ A written personalised protocol of recommendations and next step actions

+ A recording of our sessions to download

+ Informational documents related to the sessions e.g. recipes, heavy metal sources, ways to support the thyroid etc.
