The Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is a lab test for the level of 37 minerals and toxic metals in a sample of your hair. It is a non-invasive test that can be completed by you in your own home, or with the help of your hairdresser.

It reveals your long-term mineral patterns (typically the last 3-4 months) and gives insight into:

+ Which minerals are deficient, excessive or out of balance

In this 90 minute session we review your hair tissue mineral analysis results and case history form so that you get a clear picture of what is happening in your body and your mineral and heavy metal levels. We develop a foundational protocol which focuses primarily on circadian rhythm, hydration, nutrition, supplements, mindset, and lifestyle and environmental changes. We remove what's draining you and restore what your body has been asking for.
