We begin with a 90-minute foundational session, then meet for four 60-minute follow-ups to track your progress, revise what's shifting, and refine your protocol as your body responds. These include recommendations for customised supplement formulations based on your HTMA results tailored precisely to your unique biology. We also weave in naturopathic techniques, menstrual cycle awareness, nervous system and emotional regulation guided by the elements in your astrological chart, and deeper astrological insights to align your healing with your soul's blueprint. We complete the cycle with a retest, a second HTMA analysis that measures exactly how far you've come and a final 90-minute integration session with steps moving forward.
